It is suggested to make reservations by calling  # 800-533-9417. Headboat Full Day, Half Day, & Shark Fishing Reservation & Deposit Requirements: A credit card is required to hold any reservation. For groups of 6 or more a $ 25.00 p/p deposit will be charged to your card. You can also hold reservations with a check, money order or certified check. Please call far enough in advance so you will have time to mail in your deposit. Deposits will need to be in our office no less than 5 working days from the date you called in your reservation.  When booking your space our reservationist will instruct you as to where to mail the deposit. The 24 hour trip requires a $50.00 p/p deposit to hold any reservations. Cancellations by passengers: Full Day, Half Day & Shark Trips: 6 or less passengers a 24 hour notice is required ( 6:00 am the day prior to departure) 7 to 15 passengers a 5 day notice is required 16 passengers and larger groups 30 day notice is required  24 hour trips require a 5 day cancellation notice.  If less notice is recieved any deposits paid will be forfeited. Cancellations due to weather: The Captain makes the decisions on cancelling a trip due to bad weather. We will make every effort to give you notice of any cancellations due to bad weather. Private Charter deposit requirement: A deposit of one half of the total cost of the trip is due when making a reservation. (example: if the trip you booked cost $1000.00 a deposit of $ 500.00 will be due) Deposits can be charged to a credit card at the time of booking or you can send in a deposit by mail (check, money order, or cretified check) When booking the trip our reservation clerk will let you know where to mail the deposit. Private Charter Cancellation Policy: A 30 day notice is required to cancell any charter reservation. If less notice is given any deposits paid will be forfieted. The Captain makes the decision on cancellations due to bad weather. We will make every effort to give you notice of any cancellations due to weather. If your trip is cancelled due to weather you can either get a full refund or transfer to another date.
